This policy explains which cookies and similar browser storage our websites tsop.tech and promotions.tsop.tech use, why, and how you can control them. The short version: both websites use what is strictly needed for security and for our forms to work. On tsop.tech we would also like to use Google Analytics and Google advertising cookies, and we only do so if you accept them.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the website remember information for a short time, for example that your browser has passed a security check or that you have just sent a form. Browsers also offer similar storage, such as session storage, which keeps a small piece of information only until you close the tab. In this policy, “cookies” covers both.
Some cookies are set by the website you visit (first-party cookies). Others are set by a service that the website uses, such as a security provider (third-party cookies).
2. Which websites this policy covers
This policy covers the websites of Tsop Tech Digital Solutions Ltd:
- tsop.tech, our main website;
- promotions.tsop.tech, the pages that describe our services and products.
Our other websites and platforms, such as our e-shop at buy.tsop.tech, our store and customer portal at crm.tsop.tech, the AIS Dashboard and STYX Fleet Manager, may use additional cookies, for example to keep you signed in or to remember your basket. Where they do, they explain this on the site itself.
3. How we use cookies
We use two kinds of cookies:
- Strictly necessary (both websites): to protect the website against bots and attacks, to stop spam when you send a form, and to remember your cookie choices. Under the EU ePrivacy rules and the GDPR, these do not need your consent.
- Analytics and advertising (tsop.tech only): Google Analytics shows us how visitors find and use the website, and Google Ads tells us which of our ads bring visitors and enquiries, and can show our ads to people who have visited the website. These are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner on tsop.tech. You can accept both, reject both, or choose them separately with “Choose which cookies”.
We do not use cookies for social media tracking or personalisation of our websites, and we do not allow other companies to advertise to you using our data. We also do not use browser fingerprinting or similar techniques to track you.

If you accept advertising cookies, Google may also use its own cookies on Google websites to show our ads to people who have visited tsop.tech. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address. If you withdraw your consent, tsop.tech stops sending data to Google and deletes these cookies from your browser.

Cloudflare cookies are only set when Cloudflare’s protection needs them, so you may not see them on every visit. Cloudflare explains its cookies at cloudflare.com.
Google reCAPTCHA is only loaded once you start filling in one of the forms on either website, so it sets nothing while you simply browse. promotions.tsop.tech does not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies. Google explains how it uses information in its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
6. Third-party content and links
Our websites do not load fonts, videos, maps or social media widgets from third parties while you browse. Everything you see is served from our own websites, through Cloudflare. There are two exceptions: Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms against spam and loads only when you start filling one in; and, on tsop.tech only, Google Analytics, which loads only if you accept analytics cookies.
Our pages link to other websites, such as our clients’ websites, our store and platforms, and our social media pages. When you follow a link, the other website’s own cookie policy applies.
7. Managing cookies
Your choices on tsop.tech: use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any tsop.tech page to accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies, or to change your earlier choice. You can also manage how Google uses your information for ads in your Google ad settings.
In your browser: you can block or delete cookies at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop our forms or security checks from working as expected. You can find out how to manage cookies in the most common browsers here:

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our websites or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we add new cookies that are not strictly necessary, or start using them on promotions.tsop.tech, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before setting them.
